'Holi'
a Hindu spring festival, celebrated predominantly in India
and nepal originating from the Indian subcontinent but has also
spread to other areas of Asia and parts of the Western World
through the diaspora from the Indian subcontinent, also known as the
"festival of colours" or the "festival of love". Signifying
the victory of good over evil,with the end of winter and the arrival of spring,
and for many a festive day to meet and greet, play and laugh, forget and
forgive, and repair broken relationships.
It's a good time to prepare
and serve delicious recipes to our loved ones.
Food is the ingredient,
bringing us together.
While
the world going into chaos forgetting humanity.
We
are here to find the way out to take the honour of spreading love and peace
